Banyule Council is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to work in partnership with families, our community and other professionals to develop a curriculum that is responsive to each child’s needs, building on their, strengths, interests and knowledge. **About the Role:
We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to provide a high-quality educational program that meets the needs of children aged from birth to 6 years.

**Skills, certificates and experience**:

- Successful completion of Certificate 3 or equivalent
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Experience in a childcare service (and experience working with diverse communities)
- Understanding of the Education & Care Services National Law Act 2010, Education & Care Services National Regulations 2011and the National Quality Framework & Standards
- The ability to maintain written records and write reports relating to program goals and child development

**Pre-employment screenings**
- COVID 19 vaccination certificate
- Victorian Driver's Licence
- Police Check
- Working with Children’s Check
- Pre-employment medical check
