We are seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators for an immediate start working at our service in West Gosford.

**As part of our commitment to valuing and rewarding our dedicated early childhood educators, our service has chosen to opt-in for the Australian government's worker retention payment for early childood educators. Meaning an additional 15% above minimum award payment over the next two years, should you join us**

Depending on your experience, there may also be an opportunity to undertake a leadership role within the service.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Miniuium of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care **or** Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification (or equivalent)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) and current First Aid certificate
- A passion for early childhood education and a positive, can-do attitude

**Why are we recruiting?**

*The pay rate included in the advertisement is negotiable and dependent on the applicant's level of training and experience. Based on this, it may be lower than what Seek advertises.

Pay: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour
