As the Crew Lead for Corporate Business (“Head of Corporate”) in Group Insurance, you will have overall responsibility for the corporate business, encompassing product and proposition, BAU pricing, sales and partnerships, operations, and commercial outcomes.

This is a newly created role, driven by the growth of our Corporate Business.

You will be an integral part of the Group Insurance Leadership team, driving business strategy and fostering innovation, play a key role in client and prospect relationships, and new business tenders for superannuation funds, including tender strategy and presentations.

You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence by recruiting, developing, and evaluating team members, ensuring that professional standards are consistently upheld.

**Important to your success - Unlock your potential**
- Extensive experience in Group Insurance, with a technical background in Group Life products and a deep understanding of the insurance industry and superannuation fund market.
- Strong leadership capabilities and a growth mindset, with the ability to coach, mentor, motivate, and manage talent.
- Proven experience in translating strategy into operational models, leading implementation, and driving results.
- Experience working in an agile environment and advocating for an agile mindset and behaviours.
- An analytical problem-solver with exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior management.
- Must be a qualified Actuary.
