**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Human Resources Manger to join the team in Adelaide. This role work alongside one of KBR’s major South Australian clients, SA Water based out of their office in Victoria Square.

A big focus of this role will be on strategic planning and resource management, overseeing hiring of new staff members and their training and development program. Another key part of the role will focus on HR policy/procedure deployment and processes, including organisational development and change, leadership development, succession planning, as well as performance, compensation and benefits.

You will partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute the people strategy and support projects and bids whilst providing HR support to KBR employee delivering the SA Water program of works. You will be working closely with leaders to address people and organisational issues**.**
