Collaborating closely within Architecture, Interiors, Business Operations, and Marketing teams, this role will ensure seamless collaboration across all departments to deliver comprehensive submissions and communications across the brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Development and implementation of branded templates
- Contributing to and editing written copy for tenders and submissions
- Collating and composing award, EOI, and marketing presentations
- Maintaining and updating company brand collateral including CV's, capability statements, and newsletters

- Assisting in internal communications and events

This role calls for a go-getter, the type of person who finds ways to make it work, rather than waiting for the work to come to them.
- 3-5 years' experience in a Marketing / Submissions capacity
- Qualifications in Marketing / Communications / Design
- Understanding of interior design or architecture environments preferred
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite
- Strong communication and organisation skills
