By collaborating extensively with leading healthcare professionals you’ll see first-hand the impact you have on individual lives - one patient at a time.- The position of Clinical Specialist Hybrid, Electrophysiology (EP) and Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), provides field/remote clinical, technical & educational support in EP and CRM to assigned accounts in WA and across ANZ. The primary focus is to support new therapy introduction of Pulsed Field Ablation through the FARAPULSE system, demonstrating clinical expertise to influence superior outcomes and support the wider CRM team in WA. Travel may be required as part of this role.**WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?**
**Electrophysiology (EP)**
- Successfully complete EP training programs
- Utilise your technical knowledge of the field of electrophysiology, biophysics of ablation technologies, 2D and 3D electroanatomical mapping principles to:
- Develop a deep technical understanding of, and provide the technical training of company products to Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists and Nurses
- Attend EP procedures with customers (operating Boston Scientific products where appropriate) providing detailed training/advice to physicians and other key stakeholders on clinical attributes and techniques associated with Boston Scientific electrophysiology products
- Provide clinical support including trouble-shooting, and clinical guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias
- Provide clinical support for: FARAPULSE, POLARx, RHYTHMIA, LAB SYSTEM PRO, MAESTRO 4000, METRIQ, plus support for the full range of Boston Scientific EP Catheters
**Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)**
- Once certified (partial or full) to take part in the on call roster and support the WA CRM team after hours and on weekends when rostered on call
**EP & CRM**
- Build strong customer relationships to understand their needs as well as identify potential new business opportunities.
- Develop deep understanding on the workflows and policies of each hospital as well as identifying any competitor activities.
- Respond to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
- Recording customer information and activities in company’s CRM system: use the system as an alignment tool with other commercial roles.
- Completion of relevant administration including, but not limited to, reporting, stock validations and inventory management
- Attending meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
- Being available to support the broader ANZ Rhythm Management business on an as-needs basis
- Participate and provide assistance in relevant tender process.
- Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required.
- Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous clinical case experience within electrophysiology / rhythm management essential
- Strong technical and clinical skills
- Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Tertiary qualifications in preferred disciplines including biomedical engineering and science-related disciplines.
