O’Brien® is currently seeking an **Inbound Sales Consultant **to join our **Kewdale Glazing team**.

Based in our **Kewdale Branch, **with the opportunity to **work from home,** after the intial 2 weeks training, you will be responsible for providing tailored solutions to prospective customers for the O’Brien® Glazing network.

This role will be accountable for first call resolutions for our customers by identifying and clarifying their glass needs and converting these opportunities into sales.

Reporting to the Glazing Solutions Manager and working closely with the Sales, Planning and Glazing teams, this role will be required to manage customer contacts whilst balancing other business demands to deliver **best in class customer service** with every interaction.

A**bout you...**

In this role, you will require:

- Solid customer service experience, ideally in a call centre
- Demonstrated drive for results, with the ability to sell a trade-based product
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a varied audience
- A passion for delighting every customer
- Strong administrative skills including attention to detail and accuracy
- Competency in Microsoft & computer literacy
