**YOUR ROLE**

We are excited to advertise for a 2 year fixed term contract role in our Direct Insurance Australia Division (DIA). As Behavioural Science Technical Practice Lead, you'll be responsible for assuring the technical rigour of concepts and methods used in the Behavioural Science team's work, to drive consistency, quality, and continual upskilling in behavioural science best practice. Reporting directly to the Manager of Behavioural Science and Digital Content, you will play an integral role in developing and growing the behavioural science capability at IAG.

You'll ensure best-in-class behavioural science (BeSci) delivery and outputs (behavioural diagnoses, experimental design, behavioural audits, evaluations, discovery packs), by providing technical expertise to BeSci delivery and QAing concepts and method used by the team. You'll have the opportunity to coach more junior colleagues when appropriate and work with colleagues in Digital CX and beyond to create BeSci champions upskilled in experimentation methods.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in leading and delivering end-to-end Behavioural Science led projects (identifying behavioural change opportunities, generating behavioural insights, designing and empirically testing behaviourally informed solutions, long-term impact evaluation)
- Strong behavioural research and experimental design and statistical analysis skills
- Strong project management skills
- Leadership, diverse stakeholder engagement and strong influencing skills
- PhD, Masters, or equivalent academic qualification in Behavioural Science or a related field
