**Role**:
Reporting to the Head of IT, this role is dedicated to providing top-tier customer support organisation-wide.
- Actively oversee the Service Desk System, addressing logging, monitoring, and resolving ICT issues.
- Enhance and uphold service desk procedures, support practices, and SOPs for continuous improvement.
- Lead the Service Delivery Team, setting standards for ICT service delivery and managing team performance.
- Delegate tasks and address complex service issues within the team.
- Manage major incidents from response to resolution, ensuring deficiencies are identified and addressed for future risk mitigation.
- Stay updated on current and upcoming IT equipment, services, and developments.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working outside regular hours and overtime to support IT service delivery.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Proficient in L2-L3 support for both IT hardware and software.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the Microsoft platform.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Adept at identifying and implementing new communication technologies for improved message delivery.
- Skilled in team management and communication.
- Effective in managing performance and maintaining standards.
- Confident in acting as a technical expert and communicating technical information clearly.
