Are you an experienced Commercial Advisor looking for an exciting contract opportunity?

Our client is looking for an experienced **Commercial Advisor** to join our client and contribute to the delivery and management of whole-of-government arrangements with global ICT vendors. Join an evolving organisation responsible for driving government digital transformation.

This position is offered on an initial **6-month contract** basis and a **current Baseline** (or ability to obtain one) is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the finalization of requirements, including current software licensing state analysis and requirements gathering across several stakeholder areas
- Attend negotiation workshops and finalize documentation based on feedback of workshops
- Advise, attend, and participate in formal negotiations as required
- Generate, interpret, and analyse license usage reports using audit tools such as SAP Licence Administration Workbench (LAW) and Measurement Program
- Provide strategic licensing recommendations for large scale licensing arrangements, including license optimization
- Experience negotiating with global ICT vendors
- Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of large-scale Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) programs
- Subject-matter expertise in best practices, technical approaches, for large scale licensing arrangements
- Experience generating, interpreting, and analysing license usage reports using audit tools such as SAP Licence Administration Workbench (LAW) and Measurement Program
- Experience in the provision of strategic licensing recommendations for large scale licensing arrangements, including license optimization.
