**What your role would be**

Health Generation would be nothing without our successful sales team. We’re seeking a vibrant salesperson (Client Partner) who has a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, closing deals and preferably has a background in Aged Care.

**Objectives of this Role**
- You will be given a comprehensive understanding along with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Generate leads and build ongoing strong relationships with clientele
- Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business

**About you**
- 3-5 years experience working in sales, recruitment, account management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Personal integrity
- Ability to travel regularly
- Preferred but not essential: background in Aged Care/Clinical Sector
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
- As this role is in the health sector you will need proof of vaccinations.
