StriveAbility is looking for female support workers to join our team with an immediate start. We are looking for passionate, calm, happy, non-judgemental, problem solving team players to work with female and male participants. Support mainly provided in the home, including assistance with personal care, domestic assistance, community access and skill building. StriveAbility is a close knit team, so the right fit is very important.

Experience in support work is essential along with relevant qualifications.

Applicants MUST be available for all shifts, day shifts and sleepovers. We are looking for commitment to the families and the participants.

**Salary**: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
