We're building an exceptional team around a remarkable young man who's determined to make every day count.

Our client is a spirited 21-year-old from Caloundra who's into all things 4WDing, blasting rap and country tunes, and even running his own clothing label. He's looking for support workers who can keep up with him, get involved in his interests, and have a laugh along the way – while also providing the day-to-day support he needs. Start as soon as 15 September 2025.

This is more than a job – it's about being part of a team that helps him live life to the fullest.

What you'll do
  • Help with the essentials: personal care, meals, medication
  • Get involved in the fun: 4WDing, music, fashion, and more
  • Support mobility and physical activities
  • Keep things running smoothly with records and communication
  • Make sure the living environment is safe and positive
What we need from you
  • Cert III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent)
  • Experience in disability support (or similar)
  • Solid communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
