**Responsibilities**:
Step up into a unique leadership opportunity. Work alongside an established (amazing) room leader, before taking on your own leadership responsibility when the preschool room leader moves in a couple of months.

Continue receiving support and encouragement from a family of passionate educators and leaders.

The Centre
- Located only 10 minutes walk from St Leonards station, heaps of busses and our own staff carpark. We're very easy to get to from any location Our brand new service is custom built with lots of space, new resources and everything you could want to provide educational play spaces that encourage a holistic approach to learning.

As room leader you will:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community
- Provide programming and practical support to your team
- Create and maintain a fun, safe and engaging learning environment
- Implement a high-quality educational program in consultation with children, families, educators and the community.

Role Requirements:

- Hold a diploma or bachelor qualification.
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Able to collaborate with other educators and build strong programs
- Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
