**The Centre**
anzuk is proud to be working with a reputable organisation that focuses on quality and building great relationships with the children and families. This is a brand new purpose built, centre in the Eastern Suburbs offering a wealth of resources and space. The centre aims to focus on each individual child and wants to give back into the centre in order to provide the best quality care.

**The Opportunity**
As the Preschool Room Leader, you will oversee the programming and day to day running of the room. This position would be suited to an experienced Preschool Room Leader who wants an autonomous role with the support of a fantastic and knowledgeable Director.

This centre offers flexible working conditions, such as 4 long days or the regular 5 working days. The organisation prides itself on their community values and building meaningful relationships within the community. In addition, this centre has 3 carefully curated rooms and great outdoor spaces for each age group to enjoy.

Previous experience as Room Leader is essential in this role. You, as the Preschool Room Leader, will be offered excellent support and professional development. In addition, there are career progression opportunities with this well-established organisation.

**The Ideal Preschool Room Leader**
You will be Diploma or Bachelor qualified with previous experience as a Room Leader at a similar service. You will also present extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, with excellent communication skills. You will have a genuine passion for working with children, and a desire to work in a fun and collaborative team.

**Suitable applicants must have**:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certification
- WWCC
- Right to work in Australia
- Prior room leader experience would be highly desired.
