**Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the transport industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage responses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with HR to support onboarding and retention initiatives.

**To be successful you will have the following experience**:
Been involved within transport recruitment for a minimum of 2 yrs in the sourcing of drivers from HR to MC licence classifications in a high paced environment. You'll thrive on dealing with all types of operators from Metro PUD to Long distance Triple Road Train operators.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, in the transport or logistics industry.
- A solid understanding of Transport industry requirements and equipment.
- Experienced in recruiting Truck Drivers HR / HC / MC - Double / Triple road train operators
- Strong understanding of transport roles, industry standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
