**About the Company**

We are looking for a Product Analyst that can take our product strategy and transform the next level of development. You will be providing compelling and actionable insights to drive the business and company vision.

**About the job**
- Work with the cross-functional team service design and product design to embed data insights throughout the product development process.
- Analyse customer behaviour and discover insights
- Develop and streamline reports, dashboards to create information that is easily understood by the wider business
- Prepare and present and conduct deep dives into specific features or journeys, identifying key learnings and product opportunities.

**What you’ll need**
- Previous significant experience in a relevant profession or an Analytics role
- Proficiency with product analytics tools, such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Heap.
- Experience with reporting tools (Tableau preferred)
- Advanced understanding of best practice analysis, programming and visualization techniques
- Excellent communication and written skills are required to collaborate across functional areas to drive toward a common mission.
