**Conditions for Success**:

- 2+ Years PQE in advisory **and** contentious IP matters including IP protection, exploitation and enforcement
- Excellent communication skills - confident approach and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- **_Experience in technology transactions is desirable_**:

- Attention to detail - expert analysis of legal matters, research & drafting skills.
- Experience in Business Development & readily ability to manage client/stakeholder expectations
- Adept commercial acumen and disposition - proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach
- Able to work collaboratively with IP litigators and patent/TM attorneys.
- Admitted to practice in Queensland
- Experienced in practicing in Queensland

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored advice to clients regarding IP issues, and data & privacy matters
- Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
- Draft relevant legal documents for cases including technology contracts for software development/licensing and end-user license agreements
- Drafting and reviewing website terms of services and privacy policies
