About the role

Want to be part of a fun and energetic team focused on the future growth of Sunnyfield? Our Shared Living premises in Concord West provides a supportive environment to make a difference to the clients we support. This role will play a key leadership position, leading a team to provide accommodation support and a great opportunity to grow and develop skills in your career. You will lead and guide staff to support clients to achieve their goals. As a person centred leader you will have a direct hands on role including the development of new programs as well as administrative responsibilities including rostering and leading a team of support workers.

**Key focus**:

- Day to day management of the client’s home
- Ensure high-quality services are consistently provided to clients in consultation with families
- Lead and support a team of Community Support Workers
- Oversee and manage daily operations of your support services and, where required, provide direct support to clients
- Manage programs within the approved budget and are in line with client needs and support plans
- Provide coaching and developing opportunities, manage conflict and address performance within your team
- Contribute to the growth of Sunnyfield through the development and expansion of your service.

About you
