**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and ambitious Junior Accounts Receivable Officer to join a growing business on a temp to permanent basis.

Our client is a well known FMCG organisation seeking an accounts receivable professional who is eager to learn and utilise their current skill set. They are open to recent graduates and experienced accounts receivable officers, who have end-to-end experience. The company is based in the North Shore area where their culture is every growing and supportive.

**The Responsibilities**:
Working as part of the wider Accounts Receivable team, you will manage your own individual ledger whilst also collaborating with your team members on various other tasks as well. Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Reconcile incoming payments, credit notes and adjustments to customer accounts
- Manage customer claims from receipt to payment
- Make credit risk decisions on the release of credit orders daily
- Collaborate with the team on other accounts related activities
- Develop strong working relationships within your immediate team as well as stakeholders in the Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams

**The successful applicant**
- Very strong communication skills as a priority
- Finance or Accounting related degree
- Self motivated and willingness to learn attitude
- Previous experience in a AR role is advantageous
- Full working rights
