**We are hiring an assistant manager that who have can-do attitude and have the ambitious of being trained as a venue manager.**

**About Flower Child Cafe**

Flower Child Cafe currently holds two venues in Sydney. We are opening our 3rd store in coming month. We are positioned to offering the best cafe dine in experience that customers are really appreciate it for sharing with their loved ones.

We are currently recruiting the following roles;
**Assistant Manager (Warringah mall)**

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Day to day cafe & restaurant operation directly working with the managing director & venue manager;
- Recruit new staff, and provide training to existing and new staff members;
- Help the company in achieving desired targets and results;
- Experience of barista is a big bonus but not compulsory;
- Make & Approve rosters with an eye of payroll budget (Experience in using Deputy will be great);
- Revenue driven with eyes on labour cost and repair cost;
- Stock orders for FOH and organising any repairs if necessary;
- Be reliable with high level of commitment, and be able to work on all weekends and any other days when you have to step in;
- Very puncture;
