**Do you have experience planning events from start to finish (i.e. securing vendors, negotiating contracts, handling food and beverage, and A/V production)?**

**Scarritt Group** is a privately-held full services meeting planning company specializing in logistics coordination in the pharmaceutical industry.

We seek an individual in Brisbane, Australia (or Melbourne or Sydney), who can assist with **event sales, event planning and execution**.

**Essential duties/responsibilities include**:
Responsible for reaching yearly sales goal set by the CEO and VP.

Responsible for assessing client needs and determining the best SG offerings for the client.

Manages the existing client portfolio and consistently reassesses client needs which includes informing the clients of program compliance items such as: spend caps, hotel selections, and regulatory submissions.

Responsible for preparing client RFIs (Requests for Information) and internal RFPs (Requests for Proposals).

Works with Operations to handle assigned client concerns/complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintains client relationship throughout the operations process and post program follow up for quality and value assessment.

Responsible for maintaining Budget Template and Menu Pricing and obtains signed MSAs and Task Orders, as needed.

Participates in Sales Training Calls and/or workshops and attends weekly check-ins to determine areas for assistance.

Drives budget planning and creation; maintains budgets for every event and ensures proper escalation to decision makers, as needed, during the event planning process.

Manages all logístical aspects of corporate meetings (20-300 attendees), including venue sourcing, negotiating, and contracting meeting space, A/V/production, food & beverage, rental equipment, etc.

Develops detailed project plans and timelines to ensure all elements for each meeting are on track.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
