Network Aviation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, is currently looking for a full time Component Repair Coordinator to join the Engineering & Maintenance team in our Perth office.

Working as part of a small, specialised team, your role will include ensuring compliance with approved processes in Part 42 CAME as well as the Network Safety Management System. You will continually monitor parts on repair and liaise with repair stations to ensure agreed turnaround times are met with regards to component repairs, escalating any delays in repair turnaround times which could potentially lead to aircraft-on-ground or “nil stock” situations.

In addition you will be responsible for ensuring adequate stock levels of fast-moving components, adjusting minimum/re-order quantity levels in the Maintenance Information System for timely procurement action, and liaise with other stakeholders as required to assist with maintenance planning and dispatch of parts to be sent for repair.

You’ll have
- Prior experience/qualifications in the aircraft maintenance industry.
- Advanced computer literacy especially with MS Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Working knowledge of CASA regulations
- Exposure to Integrated Aviation Software (IAS) desirable but not compulsory.
