**About the Centre**

Casey Stadium is located in Cranbourne East as a staple facility within the Casey Complex precinct and has a long history of providing indoor sporting experience to the surrounding community. Our café and catering offerings source quality food, offer a varied and innovative menu with the flexibility to cater for all, serviced by an experienced team of professionals who pride themselves on superior service and excellence.

**About the Role**

As a Duty Manager at Casey Stadium, you will have delegated authority of the Centre Manager, and will maintain a broad knowledge of centre programs and services whilst at the same time managing a range of centre functions whilst on shift which may include;
- Recognizing cleanliness issues and acting accordingly
- Maintaining a focus on ‘Big Picture’ issues Centre wide
- Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of Centre’s Emergency Action Plan
- Working autonomously as well as being an active leader.

Duty Managers will maintain a broad knowledge of centre programs and services whilst at the same time managing the following functions whilst on shift; customer service, café, safety, staff rosters and breaks, operations, cash balancing, customer education and general maintenance and cleaning.

The role will include completing shifts during our peak times of 3 pm to 11:00 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 8 pm on weekends.

This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $38.43 + Super.

**About you**

**Essential Qualifications**
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR certificate
- RSA

**Other Desired Qualifications or Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Legislation is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar facility in a supervisory role is desirable
