**About the Role**:
As a Property Management Associate, no two days will be the same. Your duties will be wide and varied, giving you a taste of all aspects of the property management world. You’ll enjoy working in a dynamic, fun office where you’ll never be bored.

You’ll be mentored by our experienced Department Manager and supported by a passionate, professional team. With access to the latest technology and industry-leading software, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.

**What We’re Looking For**:
To thrive in this role, the successful applicant must:

- Have a drivers license and a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to work Saturday's (this role involves weekend open for inspections)
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be well-presented and professional
- Be punctual and highly motivated
- Hold an Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Be eager to grow within the company and build a successful career
- Want to be part of a fun, collaborative team culture

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
