The Director, Program Management Office (PMO) and Governance provides executive leadership to the team within the PMO and Governance Unit, responsible for all aspects of the PMO function, governance and reporting. The Director, PMO and Governance will provide leadership of the PMO and its functional leads across Governance and Corporate Reporting and Project Standards, Capability and Continuous Improvement. The Director, PMO and Governance will leverage business intelligence and project insights to support evidence-based decision-making within the business. The Director, PMO and Governance will interface directly with Victorian Health Building Authority's (VHBA) Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and help shape and deliver VHBA's portfolio strategy through the effective management of the PMO and its functions.

**Purpose**

The Director, PMO and Governance provides leadership to three (3-4) direct reports within a team of approximately 30 personnel. The role is accountable for the development of and delivery of effective PMO and Governance functions to the VHBA. These functions include:

- The Program Management Office
- Project Standards, Capability and Continuous Improvement
- Governance and Corporate Reporting
