**Position Information**:
Kellyville Ridge Public School is situated in The Ponds network with an enrolment of 690 students, including 57% EAL/D students. **Selection Criteria**:
Approval to teach K-6. Approval to teach primary English as a second language or currently completing or currently enrolled in an approved post graduate qualification for teaching English as a second language K-6 as recognised by the NSW Department of Education.

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with evidence of a proven ability to work collaboratively and collegially with teachers to develop differentiated programs, practices and resources to support English language and literacy learning of EAL/D students across the curriculum.

Exemplary skills in using the EAL/D Progression phases to identify EAL/D students’ English language learning needs, inform programming and provide parents with meaningful reports outlining English language proficiency, progress and support.

Proven ability to lead and promote cultural understanding, celebrating with activities, which are inclusive of and relevant to all students at the school and wider community.
