Position Information

The school has an Inclusive Education Faculty of 42 students, with 10 students identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.

A Middle and Senior School structure supports students and staff in developing a productive and inclusive learning environment. The two key transition points are from Year 6 to Year 7 and from Year 9 to Year 10. Senior School students in Years 10, 11, and 12 have a focus on wellbeing, academic rigour, school-to-work or tertiary studies, citizenship, and building partnerships with external agencies. There are transition points in Years 10, 11 and 12 reflecting the goals of students.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement effective, flexible, and adaptive classroom management strategies that foster and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment, supporting all students to engage and succeed by employing reasonable adjustments and quality teaching strategies.
