**Position Information**:
Elderslie Public School (student enrolment 580) is a school situated in South Western Sydney. The school currently has 22 mainstream classes, 3 support classes for students with Autism and 1 support class for students with Emotional Disturbances.

**Selection Criteria**:
- Approval to teach infants and primary K-6 with evidence of implementing research-based literacy and numeracy programs using data to inform practice.
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to develop positive partnerships with students, staff and the wider school community.
- Excellent classroom management and demonstration of creating a positive classroom learning environment to enhance student engagement and wellbeing.
- An active member of the school community with experience in running whole school programs, such as sport, debating or public speaking, that promote an inclusive environment for all students, including students with disabilities and First Nation students.
