**Job Title: Manager, Cafe**

**About Us**: We are a vibrant and busy cafe located in Mount Lawley - known for our exceptional coffee and Korean-inspired brunch menu

Our cafe has a welcoming atmosphere, and we pride ourselves on delivering a memorable experience to our loyal customers.

The exciting news is - we’re opening up another store Located in East Perth, our next cafe will be a dynamic cafe offering quick grab and go options with our Korean-inspired menu twist for breakfast, brunch and lunch, whilst still dishing out exceptional coffee and customer service.

This new venture is exciting for us as it’s also allowing us to expand our team As such, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.

As the Manager, you will oversee daily operations at the front of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth service flow, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the FOH team, including FOH staff and baristas, whilst facilitating communication with the BOH team regarding stock needs.
- Ensure efficient and friendly customer service, resolving any customer issues or complaints promptly.
- Work closely with the owners to bring exciting, innovative ideas to the cafe and contribute to strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the owners to grow and develop our team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Train new staff members on cafe policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and timely food delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce cafe policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and barista skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
