Soho Lane and Little Soho Lane is currently looking for a Cafe Manager to be part of their team and manage multiple venues.
- **What do the positions involve**:_
- Full time permanent position, with a minimum 38 hours per week;
- Salary range being offered between $70,000 and $75,000
- **Key responsibilities**_
- Organise and control the daily operations of the multiple cafes under the group.
- Planning and setting up menus in consultation with chefs and management.
- Hiring, training and supervising staff
- Managing and coordinating all events and functions
- Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner.

**Selection Criteria**:
To be eligible for the position, the following qualifications are necessary:

- AQF relevant diploma and at least 2 years relevant work experience; or
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Cafe Manager.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
