**Lead Change that Matters**
We’re seeking an **Enterprise Change Manager** to lead the design, delivery and embedding of change initiatives that shape the future of our organisation and the communities we serve.

You’ll lead change strategy, design change narrative, embed best-practice frameworks, and build capability across the organisation with a team of change managers — ensuring every change makes a meaningful impact.

**The Opportunity**

**As the Enterprise Change Manager,**you’ll provide strategic leadership and hands-on support across enterprise-wide change initiatives. Reporting to the Head of People Engagement, you will:

- Drive adoption of new systems, processes, and cultural shifts that enhance client and employee experiences.
- Establish and champion an enterprise-wide change narrative, change management framework, methodology, and toolkit tailored for a large human services workforce.
- Build and coach a network of change managers, champions and leaders across Scope.
- Synthesise insights and value realisation to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across programs of work.

This role is ideal for a seasoned change professional who thrives in complex, people-centred environments and can unite diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for change.

**About You**

You bring depth of experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation and understand the nuances of driving change in large, values-based organisations. You’ll have:

- Proven expertise in change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, PCI, CCMP).
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to shape compelling change narratives.
- Experience leading change in human services organisations.
- A coaching mindset and commitment to developing others in change capability.
