**What this job involves**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager to join our team based on site at a shopping centre in Western Sydney. You will provide support on a day-to-day basis with delivery functions of retailers and ensuring compliance with performance expectations.
**_ Please note this role is a 8 month Fixed Term Contract._**
A snapshot of the role:
- Rent collection - chasing tenants for outstanding arrears
- Accounts receivable - processing retailer charges and invoices, monitoring of daily allocations; calculation of income accruals where necessary
- Accounts payable - raise purchase orders, process supplier invoices and resolve account enquiries as needed
- Overall co-ordination of the centre-based Lease Administration process such as Lease input, bank guarantee and PLI
- Coordinate and prepare monthly client reports such as P&L and Retail Report and manage input from all stakeholders
- Process all rent reviews and update billing details
- Participate in the annual budget process, working with all stakeholders, assist Centre Manager with review of budgets and manage communications of outgoings charges to retailers
- General office duties - answering phone calls, front desk enquiries, maintaining office utilities, supplies and tidiness

To be successful, you’ll be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering customer service and administration. You will be highly organised with a methodical approach to work, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Previous Shopping Centre administration and accounts experience will be highly regarded
- Experience with lease admin systems preferably MRI
