**Job description**:
HR Careworker Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing human resource activities for Growrox careworkers in Australia, to ensure they receive the care they need while they provide high-quality care services to Clients. He/she will also acts as a liaison between careworkers and management, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.

He/she must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide Guidance to care workers
- Continually advise the care workers and be able to establish a strong support structure
- Monitor and provide support thru our Omni Channel, Global Workforce and WhatsApp community
- Ensure compliance of each care worker in relation to their contract
- Manage the liaison functions
- Assist care workers if they need to visit Philippines embassy
- Act as support to relevant Australia government agencies whenever applicable
- Coordinate with the local insurance and other regulatory offices
- Keep care workers’ performance at peak level
- Initiate activities to cultivate camaraderie and interaction between care workers
- Act as mediator between Provider and Care workers if the need arises
- Implement new processes to continuously develop the character and performance of the care workers

**Qualifications**
- Must be of Filipino heritage. Preferably, someone who grew up in the Philippines and migrated to Australia.
- Good command of both Tagalog and English.
- Currently reside in Australia for at least 5 years, particularly in the region where they will be assigned (e.g. Illawarra region, Riverina region, Metro Sydney, etc.), and must be familiar with the area.
- Must have their own vehicle and a valid driver’s license for Australia.
- Willing to travel frequently to visit the students assigned to them across different areas.
- Preferably, a care worker or work in HR in a healthcare provider

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
