In a new role for Coco & Lola, we are seeking an experienced, creative and forward thinking **Head of Styling & Brand Visuals **to lead the styling and brand experience of Coco & Lola across all digital and content platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced creative that has a strong creative eye and attention to detail and is passionate about creating unique content that celebrates the Coco & Lola brand across all digital touch points.

Our **Head of Styling & Brand Visuals** you are responsible for the overall styling, visual communication and representation of the Coco & Lola brand across our website and social media and branded platforms. You will work closely with our eCommerce and creative team to redefine and reset the creative direction inline with the new launch of our website and lead this within a team of content and social media coordinators and eCommerce and brand photographer.

As our**Head of Styling & Brand Visuals**you will have the drive, aspirations and experience in inspiring our customer through imagery and video content that creates brand influence, innovation and positive outcomes and results.

**About the Role**
- Lead, manage and execute the styling, creative direction, visual imagery and content across all brand channels.
- Solidify and articulate the Coco & Lola brand identity through our visual representation, styling and direction.
- Manage, direct and style all campaign shoots that celebrate weekly, monthly and seasonal brand launches. This content will be used across all digital touch points.
- Manage and style all shoot lists for our daily eCommerce shots. Shooting between 3-4 days per week.
- Style and develop content briefs for all digital platforms, this includes edits and concepts for instagram, tik tok, eDMs and blog.
- Oversee and coordinate all content creation.
- Responsible for the creation, development and execution of all visual and video assets across the Coco & Lola brand.
- Lead content creators and our Brand and eCommerce photographer in conceptualizing, producing and creating innovative brand visuals and content from end to end for the brands social media platforms and website.
- Lead and coordinate our eCommerce and Brand photographer. Providing direction, guidance and inspiration.
- Ensure all content requirements are captured on each shoot day for eCommerce needs.
- Constantly have a finger on the pulse across stock levels to ensure shoot lists reflect products that are relevant and seasonally appropriate. Use internal systems (shopify and retail express) to support this process.
- With the support of social media and content coordinator, unpack and prepare all stock and product for each shoot. This includes pulling correct sizes, steaming and organizing stock to ensure shot days run efficiently and all content KPI’s are met.
- Reconcile all products at the end of each shoot and ensure it is returned to the brand or put back away with Head Office stock.
- Coordinate and liaise with external model agencies to book in model shoots weekly and monthly.
- Manage and create all internal calendar invites for model bookings and shoots.
- Coordinate model castings as required to ensure Coco & Lola has a finger on the pulse with all new and emerging talent. This includes setting up castings and facilitating test shoots.
- Approve all brand visuals and content before they are launched and published on any live platforms.
- A strong eye and attention to detail, ensure that the Coco & Lola brand and product is represented to the highest standard in created content.

**Skills and Experience**

This opportunity would suit a creative who has previously worked as a fashion stylist, editor or brand director, who is looking for an opportunity to be a part of the next visual direction for Coco & Lola.
