**About the Role**
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing vision for our client across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll lead a creative and passionate team to deliver campaigns that strengthen brand loyalty, drive sales, and make every customer feel the brand spirit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that amplify brand presence across all channels.
- Lead and inspire a dynamic marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Drive impactful digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns that engage and excite audiences.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to optimise ROI and campaign impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and insights to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Build and nurture partnerships and collaborations to enhance the brand’s reach and influence.

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within lifestyle, retail, or fashion brands.
- A strong track record of building and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A passion for brand storytelling and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
