**Your new team**
Our Brand and Marketing department is a dynamic and creative team that works collaboratively to promote AustralianSuper’s products and services to positively engage, educate, grow and retain our members. This includes the development of strategy as well as the delivery of innovative brand and marketing campaigns which include both advertising and communication tactics. **Your new role**
In this role, you will manage the entire day to day paid social program across Brand, Acquisition and Retention and deliver the Digital Acquisition Strategy across segments for paid social, covering both 'always on' and tactical segment driven acquisition activity. This role will be responsible for regular AB testing and driving continual improvement to the program around bids, ad copy, ad formats and targeting as well as working with the Marcomms team to analyse and strategise creative optimisation of the program to produce better results.
**What you’ll need**
- Facebook certified
- At least 4 years’ experience with a specific focus on social media advertising as an attraction channel, agency background preferred.
- Experience managing complex Facebook programs with multiple objectives, products and audience segments.
- Strong understanding of other Performance channels such as Programmatic, SEM, affiliates and how they work across the acquisition funnel.
- Ability to influence and contribute to creation of marketing strategy by providing thought leadership on paid social channels.
- Significant experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Test and learn focused: develop hypothesis for testing and experience running robust AB tests.
- Extensive experience in organising and prioritising own workload to deliver projects on-time, to budget and to the desired standard.
- Excellent communications skills, high attention to detail and ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
