Sonnel Hospitality was established in 1987 and owns and operates 18 Pubs throughout Sydney’s Western Suburbs. Covering large scale bistros and bars, events, gaming, accommodation and a brewery, Sonnel is a diverse and rapidly expanding Hospitality company.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the image and appeal of the venues that sit within your portfolio. Your role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, attracting guests, and ultimately maximising revenue through strategic programming, promotions and marketing initiatives & campaigns.

**The Role**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive yearly marketing plan with compelling programming & promotional strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams within the venues to create attractive activations, offers, packages, and deals to entice potential customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Develop and implement mechanisms within loyalty and rewards program that drive frequency of customer visitation.
- Track, monitor and analyse the performance of promotions and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results and ROI.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, event organisers, influencers, and media outlets to expand the venue's reach, enhance brand visibility and venue KPIs.
- Develop all customer communications
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to engage with the venue's target audience, build a loyal community, and increase brand awareness.
- Ensure content strategy achieves cut through with audience, whilst being on brand.
- Collaborates with the Chief Experience Officer to develop and execute initiatives aimed at achieving company revenue and profitability projections with a primary focus on maximising ROI.
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities, takes a leadership role and supports the Chief Experience Officer in new venue strategy development and documents.
- Other marketing duties as per the job description.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a marketing role, ideally in the Hospitality Industry with a knowledge of pubs.
- Excellent time management skills, communication and confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
