The Company Autoline is a family owned, Australian Business that is a trusted supplier of 4WD and light vehicle parts to the mining, transport and fleet industries.
Proudly operating since 1974, Autoline has grown to become a large player in the automotive parts industry, recently launching their own brand of light vehicle spare parts. Their customers are the owners or mechanics of light vehicle fleets in rural areas, but their bread and butter is in distributing spare parts to owners and operators of light vehicle fleets in the mining sector.
Autoline has branches Nation wide, based in Perth, Kalgoorlie, Adelaide, Mackay and Mount Isa.
The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join the team. Based at the head office in Canning Vale, you will be working within a team environment to coordinate and assist the supply of these parts to sites around Australia. This will include ensuring that the customers are receiving their order on or before their expected timeframe.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Entering the Sales order details into the system once the order is recieved from the customer or quoting team.
- Liaising with the Warehouse team to ensure all stock is available at the branch it will be dispatched from.
