The purpose of this role is to coordinate procurement functions as well as perform, procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks that support and contribute to the agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment and provide valuable support to a Federal Government team.

**About the role**:

- Leading and managing a small team.
- Maintaining the integrity and quality of the corporate data.
- Maintaining reporting and data management tools and systems - including the use of Excel, SAP Essentials and SAP GUI.
- Working with various stakeholders to develop suitable solutions to complex issues.
- Providing procurement content, advice and support to various stakeholders across the agency.
- Developing a number of corporate reporting tools to support branch reporting.
- Providing compliance support in line with government policy and legislation.

**About you**:

- You will have previous experience leading teams or project teams.
- You will ideally have experience in a similar role within procurement and contracts.
- You will have strong administration and organisational skills.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be comfortable working with various stakeholders and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- You will have strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
- You will ideally have previous experience of using SAP Essentials or SAP GUI, along with Power BI.
- You will have excellent organisation and time management skills

**Benefits**:
