- The Commercial Performance Leader provides the Program Delivery and Digital function with business and commercial insights and value-added analysis to drive revenue growth and profitability to help achieve the financial business objectives.
- Responsible for identifying and understanding business performance trends, assessing performance against targets and ensuring action plans and initiatives are agreed with the business and implemented to close gaps and achieve budgetary objectives.

**We will count on you to**:
- Ownership of business performance reporting and insight on trends.
- Prepare and present comprehensive business performance reports, identifying key behaviours in trends and variances and recommending appropriate actions.
- Performs variance analysis immediately following month-end as part of the control environment; provides Functional Leadership with monthly and YTD analysis of key cost and revenue drivers supporting actual vs budget variances.
- Develop and maintain templates and metrics to periodically (daily, weekly and monthly) track and report performance against budget, sales, collection and revenue performance by product.
- Design and implement rules and business process/behaviours for effective sales pipeline management, conversion effectiveness and monitor process.
- Provide reporting and analysis to management that provides advice on business decisions and the potential impact on financial performance.
- Prepare business P&L budgets (revenue and cost) including relevant KPI’s by working closely with Finance to establish revenue and cost assumptions supporting both the annual budgeting and intra year reforecasting processes.
- Ensure that the operational processes and recording systems of the Program Delivery & Digital group are efficient and aligned with the achievement of financial outcomes
**What you need to have**:
- Ideally 10+ years of broad experience in Business and Financial Analysis, P&L management and reporting.
- Understanding of Project Management practices, and financial disciplines.
- Financial Services experience, in-depth knowledge of B2B product and service delivery highly regarded.
- Professional Accounting qualification such as CA or CPA are highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel.
- Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis.
- Exposure and conceptual understanding of B2B commercial contracts and pricing.
- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
- Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships.
