Windsor Road Family Practice is dedicated to providing the best medical services by our experienced GPs, nurses, and other Allied Health Professionals. At WRFP, we are a team with our patients, We work together for the best health and wellness outcomes possible. We are a small team who work together in a very friendly environment. The position is a casual position of approximately 10 - 20 hours per week.

**_PREFERRED SKILLS:_**
- Experience in General Practice.
- Fast & proficient in all keyboard & telephone skills;
- Dynamic, team player who enjoys a challenge, and has excellent time management skills;
- Be available for both open and close shifts (Essential).
- Experience in Best Practice software.
- We are willing to train the right applicant

**_Tasks & Responsibilities:_**
- Open and close practice. Greet patients and other callers at the practice in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Answer the telephone promptly and courteously.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and bulk bills as required.
- Maintain reception and clinic area in a tidy and welcoming manner.
- Assist doctors and nurses by making telephone calls, photocopying, etc., as requested and required.
- Scan and/or file patient correspondence, and results daily, or as required.
- Exercise confidentiality with regard to patient care and all aspects of the practice.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

- Rotating roster
