We’re now seeking a **Service Coordinator** to join our dynamic and compassionate team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real difference in people’s lives.

**About the Role**

The **Service Coordinator** plays a key role in coordinating participant services, managing rosters, and ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. You’ll work closely with participants, their families, support workers, and allied health professionals to ensure smooth service delivery and exceptional care outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain individual service plans aligned with participant goals and funding.
- Coordinate and manage participant rosters and staffing allocations.
- Liaise with participants, families, and external stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor service delivery and compliance with NDIS and organisational policies.
- Handle incident reporting, risk management, and documentation requirements.
- Support onboarding and supervision of support workers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Payroll, Finance) for smooth operations.

**About You**

**You will bring**:

- Experience in the NDIS, disability, community, or aged care sector.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of NDIS processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to build rapport and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and client management systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community Services, or a related field.
- Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, and Working with Children Check.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
