**Food and Beverage Supervisor**

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for customer service and a strong background in food and beverage management? We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team at Federation Square in Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations on the floor. Your key duties will include:

- Managing and leading a team of 12 or more staff members
- Overseeing day-to-day floor operations and ensuring seamless service delivery
- Demonstrating firm but fair leadership, setting high standards for performance
- Utilizing your knowledge in stock management to optimize inventory levels
- Leading by example to inspire and motivate your team
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure overall business success

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Proven management experience in a food and beverage setting
- Motivation and passion to move into a Food and Beverage Management role in time
- Strong passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
- Excellent knowledge of stock management and inventory control
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments
- Hands-on experience with floor operations and running the floor during peak hours
