We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the training administration work of our RTO client.

Our client is a Registered Training Organisation that provides nationally recognised courses and workplace training. They are currently seeking a Training Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating their students and trainers. This encompasses all aspects of Training & Operations that occurs within these specific areas & includes direct responsibility for the Trainers/Assessors within these site areas.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Trainers - Ongoing recruitment, management & monitoring of performance, course calendar development and trainer allocation, individual training delivery progress & completion per class
- Training Programs - Training Program feedback being reported to the General Manager
- Training Operations - Training courses meet all requirements to ensure efficient delivery including; Materials, Resources & have been monitored to ensure quality training delivery
- Student Support - Well-being of Student Support offered & actioned
- Complaints Officer
- Customer Service, complaint resolution offered and actioned
Education, Experience and Requirements:
- Certificate IV TAE (highly regarded)
- Previous Training Experience preferred
- RTO experience & demonstrated operational management is an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
