Phone Bookings Service provides professional reservation management services, offsite functions coordination services and customer service/administration support to a range of Australian businesses. We pride ourselves on professional communications, meticulous processes and delivering efficient solutions to our clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- for our restaurant clients, managing/optimising reservations and coordinating functions; and
- for our other clients in the food industry, providing general customer service and support.
AVAILABILITY
Our service hours are currently 9am-9pm AEST Monday to Saturday and 10am-7pm on Sunday. We are initially looking for somebody to work on a casual basis, with a minimum of three shifts per week. And must be available for Fridays, aside from these requirement we have flexibility on working hours.
The applicant can be located anywhere within Australia.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Sound restaurant experience, preferably including work in hatted venues.
- Professional communications skills, including a great phone manner.
- Proficiency with technology, including an aptitude for learning new platforms.
- Managing reservations using an online system.
- Experience in functions/events management in the hospitality sector.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 22-38 per week
**Salary**: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
