**About the role**

As a **Production Supervisor **at Fresh To Go Foods, you'll be an integral part of our team, dedicated to crafting high-quality, ready-made wraps and sandwiches. This is a **Full time** position that offers a stable and friendly work environment. You will be joining a team that values precision, speed, and quality in food production. Our team is passionate about exceeding the standards of convenience food, ensuring every hand-made meal is created to perfection.

**What you'll do**
- Assign location of production staff during production
- Ensure that all production staff comply with the company dress code
- Ensure that all FTG procedures, specification and policies are adhered to at all times
- Communicate with staff to ensure that all relevant information is relayed effectively and consistently
- Ensure all customer deadlines and specifications are met at all times and notify of any exceptions
- Ensure products are being made according to their recipes/specifications
- Check that all ingredients and packaging has been stored in correct location and in an orderly fashion
- Ensure labels are correct, accurate and up to date
- Carry out daily quality GMP checks
- Ensure lines are set up and sanitised
- Ensure cleanliness of factory and office at end of day
- Ensure belts and floor are cleaned and food put away and rubbish removed at regular intervals and before breaks
- Some heavy lifting required

**Qualifications**
- Proven ability to lead and coach team members
- The ability to provide clear orders and instructions to team members
- Must have food processing experience, machine operating and knife skills
- Must be comfortable working in a cold environment
- The ability to have initiative to seek out work with limited directions
Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of hygiene, and food safety procedures as well as HACCP principles and procedures
- Knowledge of quality assurance systems and continuous improvement principles
- Proven time management skills
- Develop continuous improvement projects, and see them through to completion
- Be committed, reliable with a strong work ethic
