About the Role

We are currently seeking a hands-on and mechanically minded Line Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Stapylton facility in the Logan/Northern Gold Coast region.

This is a full-time, permanent position, reporting to the Shift Supervisor. You'll be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and keeping our production lines running smoothly.

Your work pattern will include:

  • 84 hours per fortnight
  • Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
  • 7 shifts per fortnight, following a rotating cycle:

    2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on - 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off
  • Two full weekends off per month
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor beverage filling and packaging machinery.
  • Keep raw materials and packaging supplies stocked for smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot minor production line issues or escalate when required.
  • Assist with changeovers and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in line with HACCP and GMP requirements.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanically inclined and capable of problem-solving under pressure.
  • Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols.
  • Experience with Krones/Kosme production lines or PET manufacturing is advantageous.
  • A current forklift licence and driver's licence (preferred).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
