JELD-WEN Glass is a leading manufacturer of high-quality glass products, known for our commitment to innovation, safety, and exceptional customer service. Due to the ongoing growth of the business, we have a full-time opportunity to join our industry leading production team based at Stapylton.

Reporting to the Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating our cutting-edge glass furnace, which is essential to our production process. Ideally, you are an individual who strives for continuous improvement, is highly motivated, passionate about workplace safety and has a 'can-do' attitude. Glass furnace operational experience is highly preferred.

About you:

- Attention to detail and accuracy - committed to work quality
- Willingness to help achieve and exceed production targets
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Physically fit to undertake manual lifting and carrying tasks
- Be a reliable team player who is punctual every day
- Must have own transport due to location of the site
- Able to work the afternoon shift
