**Role Description/Criteria**

**About the role**

This is a full-time Payroll Manager position at St Bede's College in Mentone, Victoria. As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. The role is integral to the College's finance and administrative operations.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Payroll Manager or in a senior payroll role
- Thorough understanding of payroll legislation, awards and enterprise agreements
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using payroll software and computer systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business or a related field would be an advantage
